• Experience building and deploying a moderately complex Flutter app

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision, etc.)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and XD.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Detail oriented

• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Manage various kind of data/ information such as employee, candidate database, etc.
• Excellent in Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Manage employees’ grievances
• Leave Management.
• Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
• Prepare monthly MIS report properly.
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

• Two or more years of experience in Unity 3D development
