Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Next.js Developer who can take ownership of front-end development, build high-performance web applications, and collaborate closely with designers and backend teams. The ideal candidate should have strong UI sensibilities along with solid experience in API integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and React.js
  • Implement SSR, SSG, and ISR for optimised performance and SEO
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality code
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
  • Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and testing
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend and Next.js trends

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in frontend development
  • Strong hands-on experience with Next.js & React.js
  • Experience in front-end API integration (RESTful APIs)
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience with SSR, SSG, API routes, and routing in Next.js
  • Familiarity with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.)
  • Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Understanding of performance optimisation & SEO best practices
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site team environment
